Biography

I have worked in the highly competitive environment of Development and New Homes Sales and Design in London and the home counties for over 15 years. I have extensive knowledge and expertise in the design, marketing and selling of developments and houses, along with high end residential Interior Design. I was a pivotal player in the growth and regeneration of East London and I enjoy continuing to make my mark in this area along with the Home Counties and further afield in Spain and Portugal. I design developments and residential homes from initial concept through to sales completion and handover. Homes and developments that not only make the best of the space and land available but ones that people actively aspire to live in, a tiny studio space, a large family home, or a 95 unit development they all bring different challenges and qualities that can be enhanced and improved by the flow of space and ultimately the flow and feel of a property is crucial to its success as a desirable and comfortable space to live. Attention to detail is one of my core principles and drawing on my qualifications as an Interior Architect along with my 15 years experience as Head of Sales and Marketing and Interiors for a London Developer I design market and sell properties that not only fulfill but exceed their potential, with show homes that target the correct demographic. I am an expert negotiator and have a belief that time spent preparing ahead will ensure that the GDV is achieved and developments are brought in on time and on budget. I am passionate about all things property related from architecture to marketing and selling.
